Who we are
RT Machine Service. The public shop site is rtmachineservice.com. This app (rtservicefieldapp.com) is the same company — the public marketing pages here are the shop front door, and staff/customer tools sit behind login.
Privacy Policy
What we collect on these forms
Contact, Get Started, and Create a profile collect the name, email, and message you type, plus optional company, phone, and city/state. That becomes a Lead customer in our shop system so we can call you back. Signup also stores a password hash and sends a verify email.
Cookies
We use a small cookie-accept flag in your browser so the cookie notice does not keep popping up. Staff and customer logins set session cookies so you stay signed in. We do not use advertising trackers on these pages.
Who we share it with
Shop staff who handle quotes and scheduling. We do not sell this information. Email is sent through our SMTP provider when that is configured.
Your rights
Email service@rtmachineservice.com to see, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you, except records we must keep for legal or accounting reasons.
